About us

RX PHARM LLC was established in 2016 as a distribution company for medicine products in the CIS countries.

We are reliable partner for registration, promotion , marketing and supply medicines. We have 34 employees, including 4 promotion departments: Cardiology, Neurology, Dermatology and Urology . In addition to it, we have groups for pharmacovigilance and regulatory department.

Conduct and policy of RX PHARM fully conforms to the current World Health Organisation Criteria for Medicinal Drugs Promotion. In the context of this code and policy, the board is receiving regular reports on its promotion and marketing activities.

Ethical promotion and marketing

The main objective of ethical criteria for medicinal drug promotion is to support and encourage the improvement of health care through the rational use of medicinal drugs.

Our promotion is in compliance with national health policies, with national regulations, as well as with voluntary standards where they exist. All promotion-making claims concerning medicinal drugs are reliable, accurate, truthful, informative, balanced, up-to-date and capable of substantiation. They do not contain misleading or unverifiable statements. Our mission is to curtail medically unjustifiable drug use that may give rise to undue risks to patients.

The word "safe" is used only if properly qualified. Comparisons of products are factual, fair and capable of substantiation. Promotional material is designed so as not to disguise its real nature.

Medical representatives have an appropriate educational background. They are adequately trained and possess sufficient medical and technical knowledge, as well as integrity, to present product information and carry out promotional activities in an accurate and responsible manner.

Employers are responsible for the basic and continuous training of their representatives. Such training includes instruction on appropriate ethical conduct, taking into consideration the WHO criteria and internationally accepted standards.

What is a side effect?
A side effect is any unwanted medical occurrence in a patient who has been given a pharmaceutical product that may or may not have been caused by treatment with the product. A side effect can therefore be any unfavorable and unintended sign, symptom, or disease associated with the use of the product.

Why report side effects?
By reporting side effects for RX PHARM products, you help us to ensure the safety of our products and our patients. Your information will also enable RX PHARM to fulfill its reporting responsibilities to health authorities, which requires that we provide information on side effects with our products - even in cases where a relationship between the product and the effect is not established.

If you or the person you are reporting on behalf of are currently suffering from severe side effects you should contact your local doctor or other medical health professional before reporting the side effect.
